From Fat to Fit: Gym plan



Thinking of hitting the gym? Then these questions will probably be in your mind
Would i get a good gym trainer ?
Would some one advise me about a good diet to build muscles ?
How do i reduce the belly fat ?
How do i reduce my weight quickly but effectively, irreversibly ?


The Facts

- Its not when we do workout but the time when we rest, during sleep that our muscles grow. Actually we intentionally create minor trauma in the muscles during workout and it repairs by new and excess growth thus adding to the muscle mass. So rest in between workouts is the essential part, what we call recovery time in another sense.

- Systematic manner is necessary to avoid weakening or interference of workouts
Whole body muscles should be trained, as to one muscle supports another and are interconnected in terms of function.

- The breathing and technique is more important than the weights.

- Concentrating on the muscle of exercise is very crucial.

- Cardio exercises are essential and should be integrated in the schedule, it makes the body literally fit and shapes up the outline apart from reducing extra fat and increasing the stamina.

- Drinking water or sports drink in between workouts prevent muscle cramps.

- Banana is the best natural substitute for a sports drink
